Tokyu Stay Yotsuya - Shinjuku Area - Tokyo

A great stay with friends! Our spacious room had a kitchenette and washer-dryer. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station and lots of local shops around for anything we needed.

One downside was the communication barrier. The staff struggled to understand simple English, made asking for assistance a bit frustrating.

The rooms with balcony, 3 single beds, washing machine. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Easy to get to, great location right by Yatsuya train station and the famous Sophia University, and Yotsuya, Tokyo.

The sandwich and culinary scene nearby is unreal! We found iconic spots like Satsuma Ushi No Kura Yotsuya just a hop away. The whole room setup was a joy with a washing machine, made laundry easy-peasy.

Now, about the downside-housekeeping wasn't what you'd expect from a Tokyo hotel. We were there for 6 nights and only got towels swapped and trash taken twice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed for earlier checkin. Very nice breakfast provided in a nearby restaurant, which is opened around the clock.

The rooms are reasonably large and huge with balcony and ironing board and washing machine. Its location is favourable, short walk to convenience stores / restaurants as well as Shinjuku or the emperial palace or Shinjuku Gyouen, lovely area.

The room featured a washer/dryer combo, making laundry easy. Unfortunately, housekeeping was limited. Only trash and towels were changed.

Good location, very central, close to Yotsuya Station, nice, clean room with a good sized bed and bathroom.

Lots of excellent food. Big beds and a small balcony and a writing table. Location just off good eating places nearby, all the main sites, and Shinjuku.

I appreciated the friendly staff at reception were really good to help me. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, a washing machine, and other amenities, all contributing to a comfortable stay. The location was also quite convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station.

Breakfast options were quite limited.

The location near Yotsuya metro station made getting around Tokyo easy. The room offered a nice size, accommodating two of us comfortably. I appreciated having a kitchen with cookware and a washing machine in the room, which significantly lightened our baggage during a longer stay. Wi-Fi worked well. Housekeeping left much to be desired. Only towel changes and trash collection occurred, disappointing given we stayed for more than three nights. This meant we had to manage our own trash, especially with diapers. Breakfast options were less than satisfactory. The nearby restaurant provided minimal choices that overemphasized boiled eggs and odd combinations like pancakes with salad. The space was clean, but some areas need better upkeep, especially considering the high price.

I loved having a washer/dryer right in my room. it made doing laundry a breeze after long days out. The hotel also had a cozy lounge area and a nice little spa to unwind in. The only drawback was that I noticed some minor wear in the room, but it didn’t really take away from my stay. 😊

The room offered a surprising amount of space, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a washing machine, a lifesaver during our extended stay. Convenience was further improved with the hotel's proximity to essential amenities like convenient stores and restaurants. The reception staff struggled with English comprehension was good. The room temperature was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner controls were difficult to understand, leaving us restless at night.

I can just recommend for a concise stay.
